# Sayw

> Sayw is a web workspace for professional Instagram accounts, combining keyword-triggered messaging, an AI assistant, shared chats, CRM lead records and transcription.

Product capabilities:

- Automations: configure comment or Direct-message keywords, reply variations, a requested resource link, optional follow checks and reminders. Resource delivery follows the configured conversation and confirmation steps.
- AI Manager: use approved business knowledge, configure tone and handoff rules, and test the assistant before activation. AI can make mistakes; a team member can take over a conversation.
- Chats: review AI and human replies, send a human reply and keep private team notes.
- CRM: keep lead details, qualification progress, stages and next actions linked to conversations.
- Transcripts: submit a supported public Reel link or recording upload, then review and copy the resulting text. Reusing that text in new content is the user's next step, not automatic publishing.

An Instagram Creator or Business account connects through Meta's authorization flow. Messaging depends on the connected account, its permissions, the configured workflow and Meta's platform rules. Not every comment triggers a reply. Delivery, AI accuracy, sales and platform availability are not guaranteed.
