Data deletion

Email legal@sayw.app with the subject “Sayw data deletion request”.

• Identify your Instagram username and the business account you contacted, or your Sayw workspace.
• Describe the information and approximate dates involved. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or access tokens.
• We may ask for proportionate proof that you control the relevant account. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and explain any applicable exception.

Finished transcripts and knowledge sources have removal controls in their respective libraries. Account → Disconnect Instagram removes the connected workspace’s local data and access. Signing out preserves the workspace.

Before disconnecting, use Plans → Manage subscription to cancel any paid plan or contact us for help. Disconnecting or revoking Meta access does not cancel Stripe billing. Download any content you need before removing it.

Removal from Sayw is not a promise that every external copy or backup is erased instantly. AI provider cleanup is requested separately and may fail or take additional time; contact us to verify provider-side completion. Billing records and backups can be retained under the relevant legal obligations and provider schedules.

Messages already delivered in Instagram and data exported to a connected CRM are also held outside Sayw. Contact the relevant workspace business or provider about those copies. A reference displayed on this page by itself does not verify that a deletion request was completed.
