Terms of Service

Sayw provides Instagram automations, AI-assisted replies, a shared team inbox, lead qualification and CRM, and requested media transcription. Available features depend on your plan, configuration, account permissions and supported providers. An optional external CRM connection does not mean Frappe is included or hosted for every workspace.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to connect the accounts and act for any business you represent. Keep access details secure, maintain accurate account information and take responsibility for authorized team members’ use.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Sayw the permission necessary to host, process, transmit and display it to provide the requested features and to use the service providers described in the Privacy Policy. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission for unrelated advertising.

Only connect accounts and submit recordings, documents, messages and personal information you are entitled to use. Obtain required permissions, provide appropriate privacy notices and comply with applicable laws and platform rules. You remain responsible for your offers, resource links, customer relationships and decisions made from the service’s output.

Approve accurate knowledge, test your configuration and monitor its operation. AI replies, summaries, qualification scores and transcripts may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for consequential decisions or professional advice. Human takeover and pause controls are available, but cannot recall messages already sent.

An enabled automation or assistant does not guarantee delivery, response time, sales or reach. Meta may restrict access, reject messages, impose messaging windows, or display buttons differently across clients. Follow checks can be unavailable. Respect opt-outs and do not attempt to bypass provider restrictions.

• Do not send spam, deceptive messages, harassment or unlawful content.
• Do not collect or disclose data without authority, infringe others’ rights, or impersonate a person or business deceptively.
• Do not bypass limits, security controls or access restrictions, or interfere with other workspaces.
• Do not represent AI-generated claims as independently verified or use automation to disregard a recipient’s opt-out.

Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe, or FreeKassa for RUB payments where available, unless a different interval is clearly shown when you subscribe. The selected plan, price, currency, billing interval, taxes where applicable, included limits and any amount due are shown before payment. Review that information before confirming.

RUB checkout requires agreement to monthly renewal at the displayed amount. In Plans, use Turn off automatic renewal to stop future FreeKassa charges. Paid access remains until its end date; a payment already being processed may still complete. A browser return from checkout is not proof of payment: access starts after server verification.

Feature and usage limits depend on the plan. Some limits count saved items; others measure usage within a billing period. Reaching a limit may block that feature until capacity is freed, the relevant allowance resets or your plan is changed. Failed or expired paid access may fall back to limited Free access after the configured grace period.

Any trial or special offer follows the conditions shown with that offer. No payment is authorized merely by viewing a pricing page. Changes to prices or subscription conditions will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Use Plans → Manage subscription to manage payment methods, invoices, plan changes or cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout or billing portal states otherwise. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used periods except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed.

Signing out, pausing automations, removing Meta permissions or disconnecting your workspace is not subscription cancellation. Cancel or resolve billing before disconnecting, because deleting workspace access can remove your route to the billing portal. Contact legal@sayw.app if you need help.

You can stop using Sayw and request deletion under the Privacy Policy. We may restrict or suspend access to address unlawful use, security risks, non-payment or provider requirements. Information retained for legal obligations and external-provider copies is subject to the applicable processes, not an unconditional promise of immediate erasure.

The service is provided on an as-available basis and depends on third-party systems. Outages, maintenance, provider changes, rate limits and network conditions can interrupt features or delay results. Keep copies of content that is important to your business.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. These terms do not make Sayw the seller of a workspace business’s products or a party to its customer transactions. Contact the business about its product, delivery and order terms.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We show the updated date and will provide notice or obtain agreement when required for a material change. Applicable mandatory rights continue to apply.
